Returns & Refunds
- Notify us within 14 days of receipt to return items unused and in original packaging.
- Return postage is customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
- Delivery service charges and surcharges are non-refundable and must be paid on any redelivery or returns involving failed delivery.
- Refunds exclude any return or delivery surcharges.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
- Report damage or faults within 48 hours with photographic evidence.
- We will assess and resolve claims per your consumer rights.
