Returns & Refunds

• Notify us within 14 days of receipt to return items unused and in original packaging.
• Return postage is customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
• Delivery service charges and surcharges are non-refundable and must be paid on any redelivery or returns involving failed delivery.
• Refunds exclude any return or delivery surcharges.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

• Report damage or faults within 48 hours with photographic evidence.
• We will assess and resolve claims per your consumer rights.
