Delivery Terms (DPD, An Post), Local delivery up to 10km by us. 

• Baby Cosy has no control on items when they have been shipped by us, we will do everything to help if an issue arises but responsibility will lay with the courier. 
• Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed, please not some products may be PRE ORDER and have an expected not guaranteed arrival date.
• Standard delivery to Republic of Ireland is 1-7 working days; remote areas take longer. Delivery times depend on your local area, we aim to ship same day as orders received.
• Please provide your phone number & email address at checkout DPD use this to contact you regarding your delivery. Failure to do so may lead to delays in your delivery.
• Free delivery applies to Rep. of Ireland only orders over €60.00 only.*
• Surcharges apply for certain areas and oversized items; these are non-refundable.
• DPD Deliveries: Two delivery attempts are made. If delivery fails, a return charge plus any additional surcharges will apply.
• An Post Deliveries: A single delivery attempt is made. Failed delivery results in your order going back to AN Post facilities, please contact them to retrieve.
• Safe Place Deliveries: Items left in a designated safe place are at the customer’s risk
• BABY COSY TAKES ZERO RESPONSIBILTY FOR ITEMS NOT RECIEVED IN PERSON
• Please follow your tracking number so you can be available fro delivery. once confirmed as delivered. Please note that this option is not available for furniture deliveries. We accept ZERO responsibility for orders which you agree to be left in a safe place i.e.. bin, porch, garden etc
• Local Delivery:  FREE Delivery up to 10km, charges may apply from the 11th km.
• We provide our own truck delivery, if we offer FREE delivery, arrange a time and you do not show up a €25.00 re delivery fee applies.
